Paprika, parsley, oregano pull apart bread

This pull apart bread flavored with infused oil is made from scratch . It is fun making everything from scratch and the sense of achievement you get when it comes out of the oven is out of the world. I prefer to bake this one as it saves me from the hassle of slicing 😉 It works great for my kiddos too , as they can just tear it off  and enjoy the delicious flavorful bread. It is so good that your kids will ask you to make more. You might think that this process is too laborious ...No , not at all. This is easy to make but what i don't like is the time  it takes to proof during winters.

This is a parsley, paprika and oregano pull apart bread  but you can try other herbs too. I baked achaari version too and it is to die for.. So soft , full of flavor and well risen bread !!!

Infused oil:

Method
  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under infused oil and keep aside.
  • Mix all purpose flour , sugar, salt, yeast, milk powder, parsley and cream well.
  • Add 3/4 cup warm milk  and knead it well for 6-7 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and knead again for 2 minutes .
  • Keep the dough in a greased bowl  for first proof .
  • Cover it with cling film and keep it in a warm place for 1-2 hrs.
  • Let the dough double in size.
  • Once it has doubled up , gently punch it and keep it on a surface dusted with flour.
  • Roll it into a rectangular  shape.

  • Spread 3/4th of the  infused oil  on this and roll the dough to make a cylinder.

  • Slice it into pieces of equal size .

  • Grease the baking tin with infused oil and arrange the dough . Do not stack them tightly. cover it with cling film and leave aside for second rise.

  • Preheat the oven at 200° C.
  • After second rise cover the tin loosely with aluminium foil as the dough will rise further during baking.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes on lower rack.
  • Once done , take it out and remove the aluminium foil .Brush it with infused oil .
  • Reduce the temperature to 180° C and bake it for another 10 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool on a wire rack.

Next on my list is making it with maharastrian" mirchi thecha "😋.
