Cylindrical bread is one of my favorite ...Got this new mould few days back and I was all set to try this... First attempt ..successful attempt!!! The roll rolled out effortlessly. Love these neat, soft and garlic flavored roundels...
Aren't these gorgeous ???

  • Mix flour, salt , milk powder and garlic powder.
  • Add one cup of flour mix and yeast to lukewarm milk.
  • Mix it to make a slurry.
  • Keep on adding remaining  flour mix gradually.

  • Once done , brush the loaf with melted butter and cover with kitchen towel.
  • Allow it to cool and then wrap it in cling wrap.
