Ingredients

All purpose flour                           2 &1/4 cup
Instant yeast                                  2 &1/4 tsp
curd                                                   1/4 cup
olive oil                                           2 tbsp
sugar                                              1 &1/2 tbsp
salt                                                  1 tsp
warm water                                 1 cup
chopped onion                            1/2 cup
green chillies                               3
coriander                                     2 tbsp
chilli flakes                                  1 tsp
Grated carrot and zucchini     1/2 cup
chopped curry leaves                1 tsp(optional)

Grease the muffin cups with oil ..... 

Method


  • Mix all purpose flour , salt, sugar and yeast together.
  • Add curd , olive oil and warm water and mix well.
  • Add chopped onion, green chillies,chilli flakes, grated carrot and zucchini, chopped curry leaves to it  and leave aside to rise .
  •  When it is doubled up,  stir well and fill muffin cups halfway.
  • Leave it to rise upto the rim.
  • Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Is 1/2 cup water + 1/4 cup curd sufficient to knead 2 & 1/4 cups of flour ? When I tried flour was extremely dry with that amount of liquid. And sorry to say ... it was quite disastrous :(

You have to add one cup water(as mentioned in recipe) and 1/4 cup curd.
