Eggless brownie chocolate overload
These are super chocolaty, easy to make decadent brownies which require no fancy equipment to whip up . I prefer soft , cakey brownies and this recipe yields the perfect brownie for my family !!
Ingredients
All purpose flour / wheat flour 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Nescafe coffee pwd 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cane sugar 3/4 cup
Chocolate chips/ chunks 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chocolate essence 1 tsp
oil 75 ml
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Add vinegar to milk and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Mix all purpose flour , baking soda , cocoa powder,coffee powder and cane sugar.
- Add essence and oil to milk and vinegar mixture and mix well.
- Add this mixture to dry ingredients gradually and mix properly , but do not overmix.
- Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips /chunks to the batter .
- Pour in the prepared 8"X 8 " pan.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips on it. You can use more if you want.
- Lower the temperature to 160° C and bake for 25 -30 minutes . Time may vary depending on your oven.
You can use whole wheat flour to make it more healthy .
