Chocolate cake
This chocolate cake is eggless, moist, and drenched in chocolate sauce. It is simple, easy to make and can be used as a base for many flavor combos..... list is endless !!! Will share my trials with you all soon .
It is made with oil , instead of butter, which makes it moist .... You can cover it with ganache , buttercream or cream cheese frosting ...
 Ingredients
I use US measuring cups for all recipes 1 cup =240ml
All purpose flour 1 &1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Almond meal/ almond  powder    2 tbsp
Baking soda               1 tspSugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/3 cup
Warm milk 1 cup
Coffee 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chocolate essence 1 tsp
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170° C.
 - Prepare the tin, grease and line the tin with parchment paper or dust with flour/cocoa powder.
 - Whisk together all purpose flour, cocoa powder, almond meal, baking soda, and sugar.
 - Dissolve coffee in warm milk.
 - Add oil , vinegar to milk- coffee mixture.
 - Add essence and mix well.
 - Whisk the wet ingredients into dry ingredients to make smooth batter.
 - Add more milk if the batter is thick.
 - Pour it in the prepared tin and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
 - Allow it to cool down and pour chocolate sauce over it .
 



You can use warm water instead of milk .
Almond meal is optional , you can skip that if you want .
