Jalebi
Ingredients
All purpose flour                 1 cup
Rawa                                     1 tsp
Sugar                                     a pinch
Curd                                       half cup
Baking powder                    3/4 tsp
Orange food color               few drops
For sugar syrup
Boil 3/4 cup water and 1 & 1/2 cup sugar . Add one teaspoon of lemon juice. Boil for 7-8 minutes to get sticky syrup. Add  few strands of kesar strands and a pinch of elaichi powder.
Method
- Mix flour , rawa, sugar, and curd .
 - Add water to get pancake batter consistency.
 - Leave aside for an hour.
 - Add baking powder and food color .
 - Mix well and fill the batter in piping bag.
 - Heat oil in a flat bottom pan and pipe jalebis.
 - Cook them on medium flame .
 - Once done, take them out and soak in warm syrup for a minute.
 - Take them out n keep on a strainer to drain off excess syrup.
 
These crispy and crunchy jalebis taste best when dipped in cold rabdi or milk . But we enjoy these with chilled curd.
