Ragi brownies
Ingredients:
All purpose flour     1/2 cup
Ragi flour                  1 cup
Cocoa powder           1/4 cup
Baking soda              1/2 tsp
Cane sugar                1/2 cup
Milk /water              1 & 1/4 cup
Lemon juice               1 tbsp
Oil                               75 ml
Essence                      1 tsp
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
 - Sift all dry ingredients together .
 - Mix wet ingredients together.
 - Add dry ingredients to this mixture .
 - Stir gently to get smooth , lump free mixture.
 - Do not over beat the batter.
 - Pour the batter in prepared tin and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
 - Pour chocolate glaze or spread a layer of nutella on it.
