Ragi brownies


Ingredients:

All purpose flour     1/2 cup
Ragi flour                  1 cup
Cocoa powder           1/4 cup
Baking soda              1/2 tsp
Cane sugar                1/2 cup
Milk /water              1 & 1/4 cup
Lemon juice               1 tbsp
Oil                               75 ml
Essence                      1 tsp


            


Method:
  • Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
  • Sift all dry ingredients together .
  • Mix wet ingredients  together.
  • Add dry ingredients to this mixture .
  • Stir gently to get smooth , lump free mixture.
  • Do not over beat the batter.
  • Pour the batter in prepared tin and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Pour chocolate glaze or spread a layer of nutella on it.
